DESCRIPTION:The next six week Early Days Baby Massage course will start on Thursday 14th May 2026 from 1.30pm. \nAcross the six sessions which make up the Early Days Baby Massage Course\, you will learn how to massage your baby with a programme from the International Association of Infant Massage. \nThe weekly classes are a great way for you and your baby to not only relax but socialise with other new parents\, and will give you the chance to strengthen baby-parent communication and enhance your understanding of your baby’s development. \nInfant massage is a great way to encourage deeper sleep for your baby and may relieve wind\, colic and constipation. It can also help with the development of muscle tone and co-ordination. \nThe course\, which is suitable for babies from birth up to six months\, is run by Glynwen Lewis.
