SUMMARY:Denbigh Community Choir
DESCRIPTION:Denbigh Community Choir was set up in 2016 by West End actor Tracy Spencer and is an inclusive choir open to adults of all ages and abilities. \nIt’s a safe space for any local adults to come and share their love of singing with the aim of helping to reduce isolation and boost wellbeing. \nThe group learn a new song each week which is suggested by members of the choir and have performed at local fundraising events such as Denbigh Carnival\, Denbigh Light Switch-On and Summer Fayres including visits to local care homes during the festive period. \nEach session you attend is £3.50 or what you can afford. The choir is an important part of The Denbigh Workshop\, a registered community arts charity based in Denbigh.

DESCRIPTION:The next six week Early Days Baby Massage course will start on Thursday 30th October. In 2026\, there are courses starting on Thursday 8th January and Thursday 26th February. \nAcross the six sessions which make up the Early Days Baby Massage Course\, you will learn how to massage your baby with a programme from the International Association of Infant Massage. \nThe weekly classes are a great way for you and your baby to not only relax but socialise with other new parents\, and will give you the chance to strengthen baby-parent communication and enhance your understanding of your baby’s development. \nInfant massage is a great way to encourage deeper sleep for your baby and may relieve wind\, colic and constipation. It can also help with the development of muscle tone and co-ordination. \nThe course\, which is suitable for babies from birth up to six months\, is run by Glynwen Lewis. They deliver classes to boost confidence and creativity through Theatre\, Dance\, Singing\, Acting\, Stage craft and Movement and teach children in various classes from ages 4 to 18 years. \nAll staff are fully qualified (BA\, MA\, PGCE\, QTS\, QTLS)\, professional performers\, are First Aid trained and have DBS clearance. SUMMARY:Denbigh Community Choir
DESCRIPTION:Denbigh Community Choir was set up in 2016 by West End actor Tracy Spencer and is an inclusive choir open to adults of all ages and abilities. \nIt’s a safe space for any local adults to come and share their love of singing with the aim of helping to reduce isolation and boost wellbeing. \nThe group learn a new song each week which is suggested by members of the choir and have performed at local fundraising events such as Denbigh Carnival\, Denbigh Light Switch-On and Summer Fayres including visits to local care homes during the festive period. \nEach session you attend is £3.50 or what you can afford. The choir is an important part of The Denbigh Workshop\, a registered community arts charity based in Denbigh.

DESCRIPTION:The next six week Early Days Baby Massage course will start on Thursday 30th October. In 2026\, there are courses starting on Thursday 8th January and Thursday 26th February. \nAcross the six sessions which make up the Early Days Baby Massage Course\, you will learn how to massage your baby with a programme from the International Association of Infant Massage. \nThe weekly classes are a great way for you and your baby to not only relax but socialise with other new parents\, and will give you the chance to strengthen baby-parent communication and enhance your understanding of your baby’s development. \nInfant massage is a great way to encourage deeper sleep for your baby and may relieve wind\, colic and constipation. It can also help with the development of muscle tone and co-ordination. \nThe course\, which is suitable for babies from birth up to six months\, is run by Glynwen Lewis. DESCRIPTION:Do you know any children who love to sing and perform? Do they need a confidence boost? or are they looking to make new friends? \nThe aim of Shine Theatre Arts Academy is to promote and teach key skills by igniting children’s imaginations. They deliver classes to boost confidence and creativity through Theatre\, Dance\, Singing\, Acting\, Stage craft and Movement and teach children in various classes from ages 4 to 18 years. \nAll staff are fully qualified (BA\, MA\, PGCE\, QTS\, QTLS)\, professional performers\, are First Aid trained and have DBS clearance. DESCRIPTION:The Denbigh Gateway Club is a social\, leisure and recreational Club for individuals with a learning disability. The club meets every Friday evening at the Eirianfa Community Centre and is supported by a small group of dedicated and committed volunteers. \nIt is well supported by the local community\, making refreshments\, providing transport and arranging activities such as Bingo sessions\, Discos and Concerts\, pool\, snooker\, dominoes\, completing jigsaws\, listening and dancing to music\, having a chat\, going for a walk – the atmosphere is relaxed with lots of laughter. \nMembers participate fully in the running of the Club and encourage leaders to come up with new ideas for entertainment. \nFor more information please contact John Williams on the details listed below. \n
