Come and join Eleni Cymru’s Reach and Reset Movement and Dance sessions which take place in MR1 on Friday mornings from 10am.

The one hour class promotes dance and gentle movement to increase mobility, stretch, flexibility and relaxation. Please wear comfortable trainers and clothing.
